Yalla drivers will always do their best to find your precise location, if the driver doesn't arrive its most likely your device has displayed your location inaccurately. From the time a driver accepts your trip you can track your driver in the app and see where they are. If they have arrived at the wrong location you can contact them for free using the Yalla app to either call or text them. Likewise, if your driver is unsure of your exact location the driver can also call or text you via the app.
